By accessing or purchasing content through the Priory application ("App"), operated by Observed Patterns Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App or make any purchases.
Priory offers digital content and tools as one-time purchases. Each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the specific content or feature purchased, for personal, non-commercial use only. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by applicable law. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to content you have purchased, contact us at observedpatterns@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you may restore your purchases at any time using the "Restore Purchases" option within the App. Purchases are tied to your RevenueCat account and the email address used at checkout.
All content, frameworks, tools, card systems, guides, and other materials within Priory are the intellectual property of Observed Patterns Inc. and are protected by copyright and applicable laws. Purchase of access does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Priory content without prior written permission.
The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Priory content is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Observed Patterns Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App or its content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
We collect minimal data necessary to process purchases and grant content access. Purchase transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not sell your personal information. For questions about data handling, contact observedpatterns@gmail.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
